To claim the winning ticket, please visit Owensboro City Hall located at 101 E. 4th St, Owensboro, KY 42301, during the business hours of 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday-Friday.
Upon arrival, the ticket holder will complete a claim form. The winner will need the original copy of the winning ticket, as well as a copy of his or her government issued photo ID. Upon verification from the International Bar-B-Q Festival, Inc. officers, the prize payment will be issued to the winner within 14 business days of final verification. The winner has 30 days from the date of draw to complete the claim form.
